Aurelio is a shark fisherman who works very hard to send money to his family in the city and keep Manela, his young lover on the coast. One day, he decides to move to the big city.

Whale Shark Jack follows Sarah’s journey as she tries to recover from an unexpected tragedy and finds herself in the coastal town of Exmouth, WA. Sarah pegs all her hopes on Jack, certain that when his migration brings him back to Exmouth, her mother will take her out on the boat again. Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo Mañalac, Lea Salonga, and Apl.de.Ap serve as the four coaches and the judging panel of the show. The show had a primer called Mic Test: The Voice of the Philippines Primer and was aired on June 9, 2013.
